1. Key Information

• Order cut-off: 2:00 PM ET, Monday to Friday
• Processing time: 1 – 2 business days, Monday to Friday
• Transit time: 3 – 6 business days, Monday to Friday
• Total delivery time: 4 – 8 business days
• Shipping cost: Free standard shipping on every order within the United States
• Shipping area: United States
• Carriers: USPS and UPS, tracked

2. Shipping outside the United States

Lawnower currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time, and customers outside the United States may not be able to complete checkout.

3. How shipping works

After you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email with a full summary of your purchase. We then begin processing your order, which normally takes 1 – 2 business days, Monday to Friday.

Once your parcel ships, you will receive a second email with tracking information. Transit normally takes 3 – 6 business days, Monday to Friday, so the total estimated delivery time is approximately 4 – 8 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and can vary slightly for reasons outside our control, such as carrier delays, public holidays, weather, or periods of high order volume. Larger freight items may be delivered by a dedicated carrier who will contact you to arrange a delivery window.

4. If your order is delayed

If your order has not arrived after the maximum estimated delivery time, we recommend waiting up to 2 additional business days and checking your tracking link. If it still has not arrived, please contact us at info@Lawnower.us or by phone at +19175085249 with your order number so we can look into your delivery quickly.

5. Tracking your order

Every order ships tracked. You can follow your parcel using the link in your shipping confirmation email, on our Track Your Order page, or by signing in to My Account > Orders.

6. Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly. If you would like to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at info@Lawnower.us before the order has shipped. If the order has already shipped, it can be returned under our Refund & Return Policy.

7. Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us promptly at info@Lawnower.us with clear photos of the problem. After review we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost, and we cover the return shipping in these cases.
