Thank you for shopping with Lawnower. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. This policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds work.

2. 30-day returns

There is no federal law in the United States that requires a store to accept change-of-mind returns. Lawnower voluntarily offers a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Within that window you may return an eligible item for a refund, subject to the conditions below. This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable state law.

3. Conditions

• Unused and in its original, resaleable condition
• In the original packaging with any included parts and manuals
• Not assembled or installed (for items that ship flat-packed)

4. How to return an item

1. Contact us by email (info@Lawnower.us) or phone (+19175085249) with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will confirm and send you return instructions by email.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
4. Ship it back using a tracked shipping service.

5. Return shipping costs

The customer pays return shipping (the actual cost of the chosen carrier) – except for defective, damaged or incorrectly shipped items, where we cover all costs.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Your bank may take a further 3 – 5 business days to post the credit to your account.

7. Exchanges

We are happy to exchange an unused item for a different option within 30 days, subject to availability. Contact us at info@Lawnower.us and we will arrange it.

8. Reconditioned items

A small number of products are clearly labelled as reconditioned in the product title and description. These items are sold in that stated condition and are covered by the same 30-day return window and the same protection against defects on arrival as any other item.

9. Non-returnable items

• Used, installed or assembled items
• Items without original packaging or missing parts
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Gift cards
• Items marked as Final Sale

10. Restocking fees

We do not charge restocking fees on standard returns. Approved refunds are for the full product price paid.

11. Digital products and subscriptions

Lawnower sells physical goods only. We do not offer digital products, downloads or subscriptions, so this policy applies to physical products.
